When twice at their peak she is most popular member in twice. She has crazy fan following at some point of time I feel like she is most popular female idol but now feel like she maybe not most popular member in twice anymore. Nayeon and sana make much noise in twice than any other member. I wonder what would happen if jyp start promoting twice individually earlier and especially tzuyu letting her attend to some fashion gigs like bp members or some television shows to sustain her popularity. If jyp do that little earlier I think she maybe same level of popularity has bp members now.
If JYP promote tzuyu more does she now same level fame as bp members ?

Tzuyu was promoted early in twices career. She had her own add deals in China but then Something happened which caused Twice to be banned from Chinese platforms and for Tzuyu to get death threats and forced to apologize causing a national scandal in two countries. So in that respect no idol is as big as Tzuyu. I think Tzuyu is the first and only idol to ever cause a national scandal in two countries that influences a presidential election.

I think she would have lose popularity at one point with visuals like jennie, irene etc... Getting more attention
+ Tzuyu isn't very how do i say it she's not "marketable"
No variety show would want to invite her, no show would want her as a MC because of how shy and introvert she is
She doesn't have the likeable and friendly personality of other big celebrities in korea like yoona, suzy etc... Who went into acting
And she's not talented enough to make up for her shyness for example like Taeyeon did in the past

Had it not been for that scandal and JYP absolutely sucking, Nayeon, Sana and Tzuyu could have been household names on the same level as BP.
Being an introvert or awkward has never stopped a visual before. And let's not forget that scandal completely changed Tzuyu and is a big part of the reason why she's so shy in the first place
Edit: actually she probably would have been more of Victoria since they were catering her to China

Not that I follow the Twice members that much, but she looks a girl that prefer to keep a low profile instead of being the center of things.
