3) Twice
Obviously #1 is non debatable.
-Mamamoo at #2 because they still has Hwasa the IT girl + they are still doing decently (went top 10 with Dingga though Aya flopped)
-Twice is still huge but unfortunately their digital performance is lacking behind
- Red velvet on hiatus, potentially shaking due to Irene gate but we will see
-OMG is rising fast in korea with back to back hits
-ITZY is very close to top5, they just need 1 more hit to solidify
-GIDLE is taking a hit from Soojin scandal so fate unknown
International:
1) Blackpink
2) Twice
3) Mamamoo
4) ITZY
5) Red Velvet / GIDLE

this gen has big 3+ cube +rbw + wm as top companies
During 2nd gen it was big 3 (wg, SNSD and 2ne1) + dsp/kara +Starship/Sistar + MBK/t-ara.
It's always the big companies sharing spots with some lucky smaller agencies that can't replicate the success , not even close...(Kara vs april, Sistar vs wjsn, t-ara vs dia). I see the same happening this time with purple kiss vs mamamoo and omg vs the posible chaeyeon group.
Cube is the only one that COULD get a nice group if they have chowon as center and the other dancer from the Unit + soyeon producing for them

I'm confused, how is everglow even close to being a top 10 gg yet alone top 5? Physically they are far behind ggs as dream catcher, loona and fromis. And digitally they sell as a 4th gen bg, no individual recognition in Korea and zero cfs

MMM since their last album sold well and they charted ok with Dingga.
Itzy since their last album sold over 200K and charted ok with Not Shy
if we remove Izone then Gidle since they hit no.1 overall on hte charts and sold over 100K

The most recent Twice comeback stomps Aespa last comeback in every metric

BP, Twice, Mamamoo, RV, Itzy/Gidle in that order.
- RV belongs but idk if the group is even a thing anymore and their performance next cb could move them back in front of Mamamoo.
- OMG needs another hit song to cement themselves as a top group but if they did i would put them above Itzy/Gidle if it does nonstop/dolphin level.
- Itzy and Gidle are pretty similar tho Itzy has higher sales and international numbers, Gidle has better album charting but thats only been one album and its not enough to counter Itzy's lead in other fields.
Why are people putting Aespa above Itzy and Gidle who chart way better in Korea and actually have sales lol

What are these rankings
Aespa(rookies that debuted a few months ago)?
Anyway imo:
BP, Twice, MMM, RV, ITZY/Oh My Girl
- BP and TWICE are self-explanatory
- Mamamoo have had decent hits in the past few years(HIP and Dingga for example), but sometimes their digital performance can be absymal(Aya and Egotistic, did Wind Flower make any noise?). But they have Hwasa who had two major hits(Maria and Twit), and they also have the dedicated fanbase as seen in their album sales
-Red Velvet's last comeback(Psycho) did really well on charts, and I&S went on to sell over 200k. However, due to Irenegate, positive public recognition has probably went down by alot. We'll have to see with their next comeback.
- Oh My Girl have the hits and public recognition, but they lack the strong album sales which are signs of a strong fanbase(didn't their last album sell like 20k). We'll have to see how their next comeback does, and if they can maintain the hype.
That's also what's stopping me from including Brave Girls and what makes them tied with ITZY for me.
ITZY have a hit but their digital performance is quite wishy-washy. But they have the stable fanbase(as seen in their album sales).
