Good. Everyone should see a therapist in a moment of their lives.

They've talked about in their Rolling Stone interview that YG has always provided mental health professionals even in their trainee days.

YG also helped Taehyun in WINNER. They knew he was dealing with anxiety when he became a trainee and provided him with help. Same with Bom, who was dealing with anxiety and depression after watching her friend die.

YG has always been progressive in this front. From artist incomes and being known as having the most artist-friendly contracts, to being the first big agency back in the day to not do trainee debt...from a quality of life perspective most people would want to work for YG.

Also YG never silenced its artists. Back when it was controversial, several YG artists spoke out in support of the LGBTQ community when it was a risk to their careers in Korea.

YG always publicly stated it was no one's business that their artist was dating and to respect their private lives.

They have literally the most expensive building of the entertainment companies to work in and their artist and trainees are given luxury high-rise apartments to live in paid for by YG in a posh district in Seoul.

YG would be a great place to work. They just got industry awards for employment of females and younger people.

They're the only major entertainment company with a female CEO.
