hybe and yg have been business partners for 2 years. Pretty sure it's only the dimwits who keep creating imaginary scenarios in their heads not knowing the bg and gg market are separate from each other and it's only the vaccum of decent boygroups that created the current kpop landscape.

I don't even think hybe sees yg as a threat anymore with how the company is run. They are more wary of sm and jyp.

I was kind of looking forward to Taeyang's January comeback.

Lot of Bad blood between ARMYs and VIPs and that wouldn't be resolved just because Hybe had YG do the distribution of Hybe Artists' albums

I'll leave it to you to rationalize the "bad blood" that has nothing to do with artists. Infact, they have always been on good terms if I remember iirc. And hybe and yg partnership is more than just distributing albums. Hybe is handling weverse of blackpink in exchange for that and monopolizing the online kpop media space. I guess that's a small deal for you.

Be fucking for real. The no signal sign has been here since the dawn of television and the last I checked no one has copyrights to it as it is universal and can be used by anyone.

It's funny because pretty much every Army I know likes BB as well and pretty much every VIP I know also likes BTS. And the ones that don't like the other group don't hold any ill-will towards them.

Besides, the toxic sides of both fandoms are going to continue to be toxic no matter what happens.

That tour producer wasn't in the right to call that plagiarism because he himself plagiarized the no signal by his own reasoning. Kpop in general should learn what plagiarism is and what it isn't because they misuse that word so often it's lost all meaning.
