true that’s why I was trying to compare Exo’s highest peak with BP’s. Because if we compare now, it’s BP obviously. BP also has longevity compared to Exo.

I can't compare them because BP has such an irregular release schedule. BP has both strong digital albums and physical sales like EXO, but EXO released far more music.

BTS's biggest peak was Persona

Its too funny seeing people talking about EXO all of a sudden.

EXO isnt like most boy groups, their members do have some clout in Korea. Kai is everywhere on variety shows, Baekhyun had consistent success as a soloist, their visual i cant remember if its Sehun or Suho makes headlines occasionally.

One could even argue that they're more popular as individual artists than the hyung line of BTS in Korea. Someone should start a thread about this actually, discussing the relative popularity of individual EXO vs BTS members in Korea .

But overall, when compared to BP or Twice for that matter, it's no contest.

on what basis would you compare exo and bts individual members? bts has just started doing solo work, everything they'd done up till now was as them 7. j-hope is the only member who released a full album and for some stupid reason he didn't release a physical copy or promoted it. jin is the first member who released a physical copy (of single album) and is doing variety. rm is next: physical copy, mc gig and hopefully more.

you need to wait for more till you compare them. you need content and bts barely has any
