I'm sure It does happen but probably not common. Why? Kpop is a business and agencies would rather have people who atlest like each other to some degree than people like this, because that shit will create issues and cause a group to fail no matter how much money you throw at them. Companies like long term returns on investments it costs alot to scout teach train and debut an idol ideally a company wants every group to be like BTS txt Ateez level of friendship/cooperation. But will happily settle with less as long as they are at least friendly to each other and work together well. That other shit like this video would be wholly unacceptable , can it still happen? Yes because agencies don't babysit them 24/7 of evey waking moment, but by in large when made aware of it they won't tolerate it as it threatens their investment.
I am not sure about a group where all member colectivly tried to seperate a member from them, but I know groups where it happend by a few member or 1 single member who tried to be like that to a member.
I forgot the name but many years ago a group had 2 member who bullied a trainee who was suposed to debut with them. The boy was if I remember corectly on Produce 101 season 2 and withdrew from the show after he got a mental breakdown. I only remember that his former agency tried to make his life a hell as they got sued from that boy in hopes he takes the suing back and the boy even did, wich ended up that he left the agency and his bullies debuted. But luckly this group was such a flop that they disbanded quickly
