I'm not sure about male gg stans in general because most I've interacted with on here are normal. However I used to be angry about communities celebrating when an idol has a wardrobe malfunction, labelling female idols misogynistic deragotary words or comments glorifying non consensual violence towards them. Ignoring them didn't seem right to me then, since fanfic writers and fangirls in general get a lot of heat for being thirsty or cringy while incels usually fly under the radar since it's relatively "normal" with "men will be men" and all that.
I even brought up a community here but then a lot of people pointed out that attention is what those miserable roaches want in the first place. So ig ignoring them is what people do. However the entitlement and freedom they have to say and do things and get away with it, hell even be lauded for it, doesn't sit right with me.

I am truly active here and nowhere else. I sometimes call them out but lately I realized that the best way to deal with them is to report them.
I find the incel male girl group stans particularly vicious and aggressive but i am equally if not more bothered and sometimes even hurt by female fans acting in a misogynistic way for the sake of their crazy Kpop competition, be it female girl group stans or female boy group stans.

I think every 'aging' gg has their fanbase turn more female over time. You're right it's definitely happened with TWICE and it's pretty noticeable as a certified woman^tm who's been around since the start

I kind of think these days the term incel gets thrown around much, and as incorrectly, as "woke". Though by different groups.
Most actual incels probably wouldn't really be fans of female gg's at all because the idea of successful females singing girl crush songs about empowerment and going there own way would INFURIATE incels. Incels really dislike independent, powerful or confident women, who they see as the reason why the poor incel cant get a girlfriend. They then channel this hate and fury into either pretending they swear off women for ever (the stupid Men Going Their Own Way thing) or fall into deep misogynistic, hyper masculine, Andrew Tate/Jordan Peterson loving dickheadery. If anything, they'd probably more follow Japanese GG's like AKB48 who fall more easily into the kind of gender stereotype, submissive, traditional role the incel believes women should be.
