Probably because nobody else wanted to talk to him he's a nuisance. In the beginning he made friends with 2 other neighbors because he's French and they're French but one day they just stopped talking to him and whenever he saw them he'd try and talk with them and they did the same as I did and ignored him they wouldn't even answer the door for him that guy used to tease our dogs and when we confronted him infront of his wife he would lie and smile behind her back at us so he must've been doing some bullshit with those other guys too just a little shit disturber

Sometimes. My neighbors aren't as talkative as they used to be. Some just got older and some moved in without really getting to know any of us anyway.

Yes; even though I don't know any of them, when we run into each other at the entrance or elevator we greet each other.

It depends on whether the neighbours are friendly to me or not. Most of them are very old compared to me, so it's not like I hang out with them or anything but we still exchange our greetings.

i live in a building and i say hello to everyone, both neighbors and people who don't live here. when i go to my sister's i always say hello to her neighbors. i'd feel really uncomfortable if we ran into each other in the hallway and not say anything

My neighbor are assholes....

When I first moved into the place, it is a newly built house so Comcast hasn't set up the lines for my address yet. When they finally came over, I'm not sure how they set it up but they somhow attached my line to theirs and it was slowing them down and affecting their bandwidth or something.

I get it, it sucks but it wasn't my fault, the Comcast technician screwed it up.

Anyways, fckers instead of waiting a couple business days for Comcast to come back and fix it, decided to physically cut our line....
