When you discovered Kpop as an industry; how long were you searching for anything Kpop related? For me it was at least 3 weeks when I became completely hooked. I discovered KPop through the Cheer Up music video and was so intrigued by the concept of each scene being an homage to a movie to match the lyrics of the song. Never seen anything like that in a MV before.
How long were you searching for anything Kpop related when you got introduced?

I knew BTS existed for a few years and that Blackpink existed a little more than a year before I got into kpop. But I never really directly fully listened to a song until September 1-3rd of 2020, and I started stanning Bts and Blackpink towards the end of November so if we go by that I would say almost @@@f0ad34ef-d1ce-4b3a-b09e-419dc546696b@@@ months

Changed the title of the thread from “How long were you in the rabbit hole of Kpop when you were introduced?” to “How long were you searching for anything Kpop related when you got introduced?”. -

I think for a year after I discovered kpop I was still checking out all the groups that were active and finding something new to like, I was watching content etc

i knew of kpop's existance because my sisters anti bts lol, it had to be around 2017 when i first knew of it (my sister knew about bts since 2015-ish but only started listening in 2017 through f(x).) i only started listening to kpop around october 2018 due to my old friend being a huge army. around november, after hearing twice from my sister i was hooked. (my sister would soon realize what yes or yes and what is love did to me).
i think im still in that honeymoon phase? i have not had kpop burnout ever, since becoming a kpop stan in 2018. despite being active on many social media platforms and having a somewhat decently followed kpop tiktok account, ive never got sick from fanwars besides the day of the gp999 finale, but i was fine a day afterwards.
