What do they mean

English is not my mother tongue. But I tried my best for this. The commenter seemed to want to say that Jeongyeon couldn't sing the high notes.

they responded to my response, and what they meant was that they were upset that I didn't give Jeongyeon any high notes since JYP always underestimates her
