That's not true, and anyone who argue that is blind. Karina is gorgeous and would be considered top visual in any company.
However, I do think she probably won't get the same amount of attention she does now. There are a lot of really pretty idols in small companies who never get the same amount of attention. -

some people just this weird things where they put pushing this narrative that some idols wouldn't be consider pretty if they were not in a big 3, and how there's nugu idol prettier than them
but let's be honest if this nugu idols suddenly debut in a big 3 gg, they would say how this nugu idol wouldn't be consider pretty if they were in a small company and would be praising karina if she debut in a small company
