Ironically KPop Grand Prizes have become more prestigious since only 3 acts won in the last 3 years

In the older days, KPop Grand Prizes were won by a plethora of acts.

From 2007 to 2012, I remember these acts won Grand Prizes

Jewelry

Wonder Girls

2PM

TVXQ

Super Junior

Big Bang

Psy

But, in the last 4 years, the following acts won Grand Prizes

2018-Jan 2019

BTS

Twice

Wanna One (Melon)

Ikon (Melon, Golden Disk)

2019-Jan 2022

BTS

aespa (Melon, 2021)

Four acts won Grand Prizes in 2018

Three acts won Grand Prizes in 2019-2021, one of them a relic of the 2nd Generation who significantly had overstayed her welcome

So it got more selective.

In 2019 and 2020 only BTS accepted its Grand Prizes.

And in 2021

only IU accepted her Grand Prizes.

actually this period is quite unusual in Korean music history. Even Cho Yongpil's domination, starting from 1981, kind of ended by end of 1987

BTS' domination began on 2018 and is expected to continue till around 2024 although the likely winner of the Presidential election Korea, former Chief Prosecutor Yoon, does want to send BTS to the military so badly.

SM rotated its singers and did not allow domination by one single act. When Hybe can field another singer who is at least about 1/3 of BTS it will begin to rotate its acts.

There are quite a lot of sundry 'Grand Prizes' out there but I only count the three you mentioned.
