April fools is fun…when you're a kid. Later it just feels forced and annoying most of the time.
I can't for my life see the point of Valentine's day, other than companies being able to sell (actually kinda cute) heart shaped sweets… If you're single there's nothing to do. If you're not single why do you need a special day that's also the special day of the rest of the population?
It's weird to put in the same list days that legal holidays (in some countries at least: Christmas Day, Labor Day) and others that are just regular days with a slight twist (April Fool's Day, Valentine's Day).
Of course I prioritize legal holidays: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, etc. The others I can do without; it's just for those who are interested. If I had to choose though, I'd get rid of Halloween; this day has gained a lot of visibility within one or two decades only and it's weird to me because in the 90's and early 00's no one would have ever thought of celebrating it. We had Mardi Gras, which is kinda similar, and it was enough.
I have a much simpler way to classify these: As long as I get the day off, it's not useless.

but here when you're a kid, it's a tradition to stick fish to the back of other kids, and sometimes you can write on the fish some prank like " call me stinky" etc...

Same, I see Valentines Day as just another way to sell items nobody needs for the rest of the year. And for singles its useless, for some even depressing.
And true April Fools was only fun as a child. Haven’t participated in it for years now. It’s the most unnecessary event for me, also because you can’t trust anyone on that day lol.
