everybody knew the leader positions would be between yujin and mashiro because mashiro obviously feels more ease to lead a team compare to yujin, but yujin have experience in the field and also is older
They barely serve any purpose it just puts burden on the members that bears that talent
Maybe a co-leader for the language barrier? Mashiro knows both Korean and Japanese to help communicate between the nationalities.
