why are people in their mid 20s

Those grandmas and grandpas should be in a home. Not listening to kpop.
-
because they can
-
-
Is there anything wrong with that?
-
Because they like them?

I heard the weird rumor, you can listen to kpop at home.

Kpop is music, not visual

Kinda agree its creepy if the idol is below the age of 18

Well well well, for my case as 25 year old male that stan girl group for their content besides music. Yes, I find it weird stanning female idols that are almost 10 years younger than me.
But I can still casually listen to their music though

It’s creepy if you’re saying you want to bang them - just thinking they’re talented, want to support them and putting out cool music is entirely normal
Newsflash - as you age, the people who put out new music will continue to be younger than you! I know. Shock. If you are a real fan of music and like listening to a variety of new things, then quite often, you will end up enjoying or being a fan of people much younger than you. The alternative is that you end up a bitter old Betty complaining that music isn’t what it used to be oh no, woe is me! Why on Earth would you want to be that rather than supporting and encouraging young people with exceptional talent?!

I guess you only can like music from people that are the same age or older than you?
When it comes to 'stanning', this is such a weird word, everyone has their own explanation for it, I don't like to use it, because of the word's connotation.
But I've said it before, I was never a fan of anything like that in my teenage years, I listened to a lot of different music, watched a lot of different shows.
I got to experience kpop in my 20s and was surprised by everything it had to offer. From amazing performances, music, shows, content. So my music playlists are now way richer and I don't watch other shows that much when I need to destress, but I watch some of my faves (or other) video, show, content, performances. It's fun, it's a hobby. I just don't watch Riverdale or something, but feel like kpop gives me more.
So should it matter if I watch a show where people are a couple of years younger or older than me? Does it matter if they're the same gender or the opposite gender?
It depends on how you take it. I don't think there is anything wrong if I support and hype up people that I admire or enjoy their content.
(none of those are younger than 18, and anyway I don't see them in any weird way)

Don't know if The Boyz count as 4th gen or not (opinions are divided and I do not care about generations), but the oldest is 25 and the youngest 21.
Ateez are 21-23 I think, Itzy 18-21 I think and Everglow 21-23 also.
Don't know about other 4th gen group ages, some are probably pretty young and even younger ones are coming out.

What I’m understanding from your response is that not all of them are underage so really the op statement shouldn’t have generalized if the problem is age. I don’t know a lot about 4th gen so thank you for answering.

Anyone over the age of 13 into kpop is a boomer.

if you are sexualizing them it's disgusting but what's wrong with supporting young talent? you and op are the ones who are making it weird.
why do teens listen to rolling stones and older groups? is that weird too? or it's only the other way around?
-
I think people in their 20's are allowed to appreciate 4th gen idols' talents but I personally can't see myself 'stanning' people much younger than me
I'm 5 months older than the oldest in aespa and it upsets me already. I don't bother looking at Stayc ages because I don't want to be hurt.
Come on, 99 liners aren't that old for kpop, debut more of them, please...?
