I disagree. I'm not really focusing on the "success" part, but a difference to me is they don't seem as developed as previous groups were from the "jump".

I can understand what you're trying to say groups like itzy and g-idle debuted to late to be part of 3gen and too early to be part of the 4gen so it's going to be hard for them to compete and settle within this generation of course this is no way a criticism tword these groups both have outstanding achievement and they're still going on

What are you talking about Dalla Dalla did better than Twice songs and WG songs?!! Wannabe and Dalla Dalla were mega hits. The issue is JYP writing songs for ITZY. Not Shy and Mafia in the Morning didn't do so well as it wasn't very public friendly songs.

Now they have Galactika back, we can anticipate a mega hit to come.
