This is incorrect information. The 24Hits chart was 60:40 download:streaming afaik. The new 'Top100' chart is 50:50 split between streams from the last 24 hours and streams from the last single hour.

It's completely different from the 24Hit's since it can only be affected by streaming. Also the UL's was bad info about the 24Hits. It never had anything to do with UL's, it was DL/streams only.

I only delivered the info I got from the kchartmasters on twitter... If its not 100% correct then let the person who asked me also know about it, thanks for pointing out!
