What's the current 4th gen boygroup ranking in Japan?

idk about ranking, but The boyz japanese album debut last month was full of bops

As always people are naming groups that are not the most relevant in Japan. I'll just leave this here.

Treasure probably has the best balance among the newer groups. They sell decently physically and have dedicated fandom that actually manages to make them chart digitally which I find very interesting. There are bgs that have higher physicals but don't chart anywhere near as well which you'd expect from a bigger fandom if charts are so easy to manipulate

dunno if any 4th gen can rank in big charts like bb hot 100, oricon singles, etc. but, for physicals, seems like treasure, txt and enhyphen (not in order).

Some fans should try charting when digital monsters release their music at the same time as their faves.

some fans should worry about getting their faves to chart at all, Digimon or not If it was that easy, more groups would be able to do it.

Some fans should stop bragging about charting when there are no big releases and come up with imaginary achievements when their group with 4 Japanese members can't even sell as much as a 4-month-old rookie did with their debut Korean album.

Some fans should worry about the fact their faves can sell so many albums yet can't outchart a group whose managed to hit number one with 5 singles in a row. I don't think 100+ hours at #1 is that easy to achieve or else we'd see other kpop groups doing the same when the chart is dead. the dead chart excuse can only work so many times.

It's not an excuse but a fact, robbing an empty house ain't a thing to brag about. Enhypen debuted when LiSA, BTS and NiziU came back. Anticipate their new album and Japanese debut.

You keep taking shots at treasure's achievements like they'll go away cause of a "dead chart" excuse. You telling me there are 99+ popular artists coming back every time epipen does? I can admit treasure's physicals are lacking at the moment but you can't seem to do the same for your own group. Enhypen had just one release and debuted just 4 months ago unlike your fave, why are you so concerned about their charting? It's fine considering the time they debuted. Take your own advice and worry about your fave, salty.
