Just something i’ve noticed. Travis Scott meal was $6 which was kinda a discount from the regular Quarter pounder meal.

So i expected the BTS meal to be the same “deal”. Nope. If anything the nugget meal is the most expensive i’ve seen it in awhile.

$7.99 at franchise locations and 7.49 at corporate stores. A few months ago you could get a 10PC for $3.

Regardless, i worked there in HS in 2017 and the value we put on each individual nugget for our “food cost” was 6/7cents. Meaning Mcdonalds only values the 10 nuggets as 70c and i literally in good faith can’t spend $8 on it, when i know soda is VERY low cost and so are the nuggets.

Basically profit margins are HUGE on nuggets so hopefully BTS got a fat check for luring all their fans to be up charged.

Was gonna get it today but we got lockdown again

I bought one yesterday and today in an attempt to get a purple bag. No luck. Meal is really tasty though and the sweet chili sauce is amazing. I'll try a few other McDonald's with my sis on Sunday. We figure it'll be a fun excursion. Her husband and my roommate will eat anything that we don't eat.

I haven't eaten McDonald's in years prior to this. It's pretty entertaining.

I guess US don't have that packaging. I bought one yesterday but didn't click the pictures. I mean I usually don't click pictures of the things I eat so yeah I don't have anything to contribute here lol. But yeah it was just another McDonald's meal. It was just fascinating that I got to order 'The BTS meal'. I mean I never thought I would order something like that. They asked me if I was ARMY and what was my favourite song. Since it was drive-through, I couldn't talk to my fellow ARMY for longer. She was beautiful though lol.

There's a big poster on one of the windows outside advertising it, and the names are listed in small print in fanchant order. The background is purple.

The bags have the BTS logo on them in purple as well.

People were ordering the meals yesterday and I was surprised by how many people I asked said they had ARMYs at home or in the car with them.
