    A LOT OF "BLINKS" are hating on Lisa because she is making a documentary, come on... imagine hating on this...


    It feels like blinks were OT4 only till Lisa was on the sidelines because nothing explains the amount of hate she is getting for every damn thing and now even for making a damn documentary...


    You'd think it's just Twitter/X Blinks but it's every where... Any online platform and its always so called blinks hating on her.


    Yesterday the "fandom" united for one member like you should but today all the feminism when downhill... This is freaking tiring at this point...


    NO ONE IS OT4 at this point and don't bother being one when the only time you use your OT4 badge is to stop people from defending Lisa and ignoring all the hate she gets.

    The minute they decided to go to the extent of boycotting her songs you know thats yearsssss of hate being unleashed... most of them assumed she'd opened a dance school and would be a dance teacher... they simply couldnt fathom that she wanted to do so much... the unprecedented hate alter ego got and that too from blinks and many switching after coachella and seeing its worth you know they just wanted to fuel the hate train... YG is the sole reason for this divide but the girls did everything they wanted to all these years in the span of one year and it's the blinks hating on her any move... antis don't have any work at this point.

    I realized that blinks treat lisa differently from the other members… they hold her to higher standards honestly it’s so odd to me. In some other blinks spaces I’m in they defend every other pink from hate expect when it’s Lisa…


    It’s gotten a lot worse since she went solo and opened her own company.

    I think there's a lot of solo stans within the fandom. Hopefully it calms down for the comeback, but some of the discourse about Lisa doesn't seem genuine. I'm unaware of boycotting her music and other things, and just basing some of the stuff I've read on twitter and reddit. I'm unsure how many actually boycotted her music.


    I'm unsure how much to blame YG for this. I believe the solo stans in blackpink reached it's boiling point with the solo ventures. Something like this was bound to happen imo due to the competitive nature within the fandom. I just wish for everybody to calm down because Lisa says she reads social media and I don't think it's been kind to her. I just feel when it comes to Lisa the tone in how people speak about her is different.

    This is why I always said, no one hates Blackpink more than BLONKS! Again, BLONKS, not BLINKS!



    To be honest, I do feel that most of these Kpop documentaries are ridiculous. Especially if they do it early in their career, but I don't care if she wants to make 10. It's her life, and I don't have to watch anyway.


    But this is why I love being a "nugu" stan, because huge fandom means more toxicity and more solo stans. I mean, you can find solo BLINKS fighting with each other more than they fight with other fandoms.

    If I have to point at something that was the turning point, it would be the Crazy Horse thing.

    Personally, I don't mind that kind of performance at all. Wouldn't have cared if it was way wilder than it was. But I think she lost a significant part of her base and her base was always in a large part from quite conservative countries. So with a large part of that base no longer supporting her, she is no longer the undisputed most popular female idol in the world. In my view, she most definitely was for quite a while.


    Suddenly, she seems vulnerable, and it makes those who have some kind of issue with her (could be as simple as resenment for her always outperforming someone's number 1 idol) be more blatant in jumping on the hate bandwagon.

    Crazy Horse possibly causing this amount of damage seems insane if you ask me. There's like no videos of it and only pictures. It's just weird for people to stop being a fan of an idol due to a performance that only a limited amount of people were able to see. It's disappointing to see the difference in tone in how they speak about Lisa because it doesn't feel genuine. Hopefully the ground going back to OT4 will make people change their tone about her


    I fully agree that many noticed she was vulnerable and went on an all-out attack on her. It felt similar to what LSF was going through where people noticed vulnerability and went on attack.

    I do agree that it seems insane.

    Cultural difference seems to be a huge thing in this matter. To France and some other cultures, what Lisa did at Crazy Horse is an art form that they have no problem with or even see as elevating her as an artist.

    In some other places, however, they thought it was near about the most low-class thing a woman can do. Maybe it not having been published didn't help, because then it would have been clear she wasn't


    It's probably not just the CH matter. Her being associated with that guy who may be her BF, also added a lot of negativity towards her, but I am not sure how much this has affected her core fandom. It seemed more like something akgae and other antis used against her and I don't know if it actually made her lose much support from real fans, though it might have affected some casual listeners and token stans.


    Like others mentioned, there are lots of akgae of other BP members that don't like her. Since she was the one with the biggest success for quite a long time, she is usually loathed the most by akgae of the "competition". They start a lot of hate trains, but these are only effective beyond their akgae circles when she is vulnerable. There have been akgae for years and their antics never affected her popularity much before.


    So, I think she lost some of her core fandom that used to guarantee that everything she did was a success. She also lost some casual fans and token stans, who moved on to someone else to token stan.


    I think she still has chances to have this be just a temporary setback if she aims at different markets. It seems she is aiming at making a name for herself in the West even more now. The CH performance was probably part of that.


    Two things she will need to do:

    1. She will need to be perfect regarding anything that might be sensitive to Western audiences and do nothing that make a hate train depart the station there as well.

    2. Hire some people who are good at strategizing and publicity, and make a good plan.


    I think she can do it though. This is still the same talented Lisa we are talking about that already gained lots of fans before. Quite a lot of them are still supporting her and she can build up again from there.

    I'm no BLINK, but ANYONE who hates on just 1 member of their so called "FAVE GROUP" are not real fans, hence their official toxic fandom name.


    I'm sure, most BLINKS are gonna agree with me on this one. 🤣
