The Baeksang awarded the Best Actress award to Yoon Eunhye of Baby Vox in 2008.
But not much people paid attention to it at that time, since the Baeksang only became relevant in late 2010s as cable dramas and OTTs became bigger and no one awarded them separately other than Baeksang.
And then it awarded the Best Actress Award to Seo Hyunjin for "Another Miss Oh" in 2017. However, Seo Hyunjin's career as an idol was quite brief (She was a member of Milk, a short lived SM idol when Lee Sooman was not involved with the company)
After the Baeksang became relevant, only Lee Junho of 2PM received the Best Actor Prize in 2022, but that was a consolation prize to not give Lee Seyoung, whose career has completely collapsed since then, for the Red Sleeves.
And by that time Junho basically stopped being an idol and was fully an actor.
At that time Lee Seyoung was defeated by Kim Taeri, who destroys the Senior Singer in 2025.
Not winning a Prize is one thing, but being shunned by all actors is something else.
The only actor who bothered to greet IU, other than the cast of Tangerines, was Byun Wooseok, who will star in the new drama with the Senior Singer.
Kim Taeri did not greet the Senior Singer.
Go Minsi, who had attended the Senior Singer's concert last year, did not greet the Senior Singer.
And, to add to the insult, Gong Seungyeon, who will also appear in the upcoming IU-Byun Wooseok drama (probably for the role of the sub-heroine), was there but did not bother to greet the Senior Singer, despite of the fact that her younger sister Jungyeon saw the Singer quite a few times before.
In other words, the Senior Singer was shunned by virtually all actors in the award, who treated her as not someone who belonged in their league.
Basically, they told her, without moving their mouths, that to be considered as an actress and be part of them, the Senior Singer will have to abandon her singing, and become a 100% actor like Lee Junho.
It is extremely unlikely for Lee Jieun to be considered for best actress , ever, unless she is willing to spend years and years to purse the Best Actress award by becoming a full actress and acting for ten years, like Lee Byunghun who seeked the Blue Dragon Movie Award for 7 times, or Leonardo Dicaprio who spent more than 20 years chasing the elusive Academy Best Actor Award.
And, given her income is mostly derived from her singing activities, it is unlikely that the Senior Singer will abandon singing to try to get the award. Her next drama, a romcom, won't win any awards.
IU was made into a laughing stock of the world in 2014 from MAMA, given the Lifetime Achievement Award at the age of 21, so MAMA could give two Grand Prizes to EXO. She has never made it up with MAMA, after 11 years, and never will.
She has not posted anything to her instagram since yesterday, not even photos with her child actors. After she was given her lifetime achievement award from MAMA in 2014 she released the song Knees to calm her irate fans
but this time she is doing nothing, showing that this shunning really shocked her, probably the first time in her career that she was shocked this much.
It is likely that she will concentrate more into singing, showing up in some cheapo romcoms time to time, and won't really try serious dramas again until she turns 40 or so when there would be lesser pressure on her to compete with what would be the 6th gen of KPop.

Yeri of Red Velvet , after leaving SM, has begun using her real name, Kim Yerim, as an actress (she joined Joo Jihoon's company), making a clean break from her past as an idol. Red Velvet might promote again, but probably once in a blue moon, and she will now be mostly known as Kim Yerim.
It seems that there is kind of an omerta or something among Korean actors that to be accepted as a true actor, one has to abandon the moniker they used to have when they were idols.
As more idols are busier with their foreign concert schedules, the shunning of IU, who used Lee Jieun until early 2024, will probably close the door of acting for KPop figures, until they are mature enough to abandon their idol monikers and fully go into acting.
Kim Taehyung does not hide that he wants to go back to acting (he acted in the drama Hwarang but because BTS' schedule was getting tighter his character was killed off during the middle of the drama), but if he wants to be a true actor, he will have to abandon his idol career, just like the others, or be shunned.
