Honestly, let them decide their own fate. I’d say HYBE should hear their side of the story, sit them down 1:1 and set expectations.
Even if just one of them show any signs of not wanting to continue with the partnership then they need to end it. Cut the cords and let them loose, and put resources elsewhere. Its a liability if any of them remain connected to MHJ. They can only continue associating with HYBE if they cut off all contacts connected to the current Ador’s staff.
The decision should be made by NewJeans members themselves and their fans should hope that the members make a decision as a group and accept whatever decision they take.
It will be difficult for NewJeans members either way I feel because they are the only entity who is not gaining anything from this fight that's why they will need their fans support more than anything else after this all concludes.
New Jeans leaving or not isn't important to Armys anyways. Hybe also has other groups to feed from BTS money. We're used to it.
Now most Armys are just

I just feel bad for the New Jeans members being put in this situation by horrible adults. But their future is theirs to decide so what can i do.
Yea makes me wish that SK had the law some states in US have for people who sign contracts as kids, that they can choose to leave at reaching adulthood if their parents are the ones who signed. SK is improving laws on contracts for entertainers but it still has a bit to go.

OMG YES. I forgot about states like Connecticut and stuff having that. I agree that should be required as the parents are not the ones earning it
If NJ want to go with MHJ then there is nothing to be done. MHJ can break their contract, form a new company, and re-brand NJ. They will need to pay a fee before leaving. But, is that what they want? hope they are smarter than that.
Hybe will debut more groups to cover Ador in a new lable so it really doesn't matter for them.
