I agree twice. ITZY has a better potential to blow up like Blackpink than Twice in the U.S. This comeback will tell if they can make it work in the west. Especially know that JYPE is giving ITZY pre order links and itzy own shop for English album sales counting towards billboard.

Only black pink and Loona have charted in American radio, so there is a case to be made for Loona
QuoteLoona appears on the Pop Airplay chart for the first time this frame with their new single “Star,” which kicks off its time on the all-pop tally at No. 40, in last place. By making it to the ranking at all, the girl group has become just the second-ever all-female act from their home country of South Korea to land a pop radio hit in the United States.
Quote“Ice Cream” worked itself all the way to No. 21 on the Pop Airplay chart (which was then named Pop Songs) before reversing course and turning around. It stands as the third highest-charting track by a South Korean musical act of any kind in the pop radio chart’s history—behind BTS’s “Dynamite,” which peaked at No. 5 and Psy’s “Gangnam Style,” which once rose to No. 10—and it’s also one of the longest-charting, as it lived on the tally for eight frames.

This follow up article shows how far Loona star climbed
Quote“Star” falls from No. 33 to No. 38 this week on the Pop Airplay chart, which ranks the best-performing tracks across many of the biggest pop radio stations in the U.S. Loona’s hit nearly slipped off the 40-space tally, but thankfully, it held on.
QuoteWith one more turn on the Pop Airplay chart, Loona’s “Star” ties Blacpink’s “Ice Cream” as the longest-charting single by a South Korean girl group in the poppy tally’s history. That track, which was aided by a feature from pop superstar Selena Gomez, also managed eight frames somewhere on the list in 2020 before falling off for good.
