How often do you exercise?

My only "work out" is cleaning my apartment and like that one Youtuber I watch said "If you clean for 2 hours or longer during a week it makes you burn the same calories like 30 minutes to 1 hour of doing sports and this can depending on how hard your chores are also do a lot for you. Thats why I am slim cause I clean apartments for many hours during the week"

Not often enough.
I have "on" and "off" periods. Periods where I am too lazy to workout, and then I gain like 10 lbs and decide it's time to hit the gym again! A vicious cycle lol.
When I'm "on", I usually work out about 3 times a week for like 30-45 minutes.
I also don't drive, so I walk to and from the bus stop every weekday. So, I end up walking about 20 - 30 minutes everyday even without doing additional work outs.

That really depend on the person and how long each session is. I think a good 15-30 minutes to get your blood and energy going each day is good. No need to do heavy stuff, light is fine. I think walking for a long period of time- especially 30-60 mins is also considered exercising, work your blood flow, cardio, long distant walking.
I'd gym 3 days a week with an hour each session. Feels good afterwards with a nice shower

It works for me. My work ours variate throughout the week, like some days I do cardio, most days its weightlifting and sets, others taking walks and hiking.
I try to be very active but I am 17 years old so that may play a part lol

I used to do 5x 45minutes a week, but nowadays it's usually 3. I do more if I don't work as much that week, but I already have a physical job + 25min walk there, so I'm ok with just the 3 times a week then.
It's definitely important not just for physical health but mentally! Even when I feel tired and don't want to, when I push myself to do it, I'll be in a MUCH better mood just 10mins in and have more energy for the day.
