I work out 6-7 days a week. It really helps with my mental health and I really like feeling fit and having loads of energy for the day.
What about y’all?

I just came back from an exercise
I try to do 3 times a week
My only "work out" is cleaning my apartment and like that one Youtuber I watch said "If you clean for 2 hours or longer during a week it makes you burn the same calories like 30 minutes to 1 hour of doing sports and this can depending on how hard your chores are also do a lot for you. Thats why I am slim cause I clean apartments for many hours during the week"
3-4 times a week
3 times are with weights
and 4th is taking care of garden xD
when I was in late teen years I used to do 11-12 workouts during a week, now I wouldn't probably be able to do 5 lol
Not often enough.
I have "on" and "off" periods. Periods where I am too lazy to workout, and then I gain like 10 lbs and decide it's time to hit the gym again! A vicious cycle lol.
When I'm "on", I usually work out about 3 times a week for like 30-45 minutes.
I also don't drive, so I walk to and from the bus stop every weekday. So, I end up walking about 20 - 30 minutes everyday even without doing additional work outs.
i walk for about 25 minuts 5 times a week, and i take my dog for a 20 minut walk every week. thats all the exercise i ever do. But today i went to the beach for a swim and i felt the burn
every day. i get out of bed
i get back into bed
it's a work out
I work out 6/7 days Sunday is my rest day
but umm I usually work out 2 times a day so yeah
twice a week for 10 minutes sometimes I switch it to cardio for 5 minutes
I'm completely serious, but also, 3 months ago I took over for my aunt in watering our backyard jungle using a bucket. So I'm now forced into getting 30-40 mins of physical activity every day.
Never.
But I walk to work at least...
Work out 6-7 days/week? Can that really be good?
Not intense workout. Just 1hr walks 3-4 times a week.
Never.

That really depend on the person and how long each session is. I think a good 15-30 minutes to get your blood and energy going each day is good. No need to do heavy stuff, light is fine. I think walking for a long period of time- especially 30-60 mins is also considered exercising, work your blood flow, cardio, long distant walking.
I'd gym 3 days a week with an hour each session. Feels good afterwards with a nice shower
3-4 times a week
Never.

It works for me. My work ours variate throughout the week, like some days I do cardio, most days its weightlifting and sets, others taking walks and hiking.
I try to be very active but I am 17 years old so that may play a part lol
3 times on the treadmill and basketball on saturday
I used to do 5x 45minutes a week, but nowadays it's usually 3. I do more if I don't work as much that week, but I already have a physical job + 25min walk there, so I'm ok with just the 3 times a week then.
It's definitely important not just for physical health but mentally! Even when I feel tired and don't want to, when I push myself to do it, I'll be in a MUCH better mood just 10mins in and have more energy for the day.
Three times a week, sometimes four, but that doesn't happen often. If I had more time, I would like to take it to four times a week regularly, but it seems I am not the best at organizing my time...
twice a week pickup football games
running/swimming when its not raining
i know i need to gain muscle and i did try the gym but its just not for me
Sometimes everyday, then sometimes once a week, or once every ten days, but it's hard for me to keep a consistent workout plan
