When nobody gets sued, people forget it quickly. If even the original artist doesn't care enough to sue, why would the rest of us?
do you think Heroine by Sunmi remain as the biggest plagiarism on kpop ever?

Both songs were written and produced by Teddy Park of YG/Black Label.
You can't plagiarize your own work.
As to the aesthetic. They aren't really similar beyond both having common theme: "jaded woman asserting she's better off without him".

is this during 23 era?? all i know is about the pedophile controversy and its also huge. kinda suprised to see IU survive from that scandal and releasing hits after hits since that
I guess, korea love to keep secret ıf they love them a lot. I see many people who shockes bceause how Iu's scandals are forgetten

boom boom exists
Also not the first teddy was accused of plagiarism, he had good number of them during 2nd gen.
Bboom Bbom was mostly a sample than a plagiariasm
Everglow's Dun Dun is way closer to plagiarism than Bboom Bboom, not just the instrumental but the whole structure is the same as Young Gods

Wasn't in Heartbreaker? GD said he pretty much went into hiding emotionally since those accusations affected him so badly (i remember there was even a suicide petition at some point)

-
Yes the solo/gashina situation, lol what a nice cop out for him
-
Eh the songs don't sound similar enough.... even Seventeen's Don't Wanna Cry and Chainsmokers' Something Just Like This sound more similar than these 2 songs that we're talking about.
