Everglow's Dun Dun is way closer to plagiarism than Bboom Bboom, not just the instrumental but the whole structure is the same as Young Gods

I'd say Square vs Ivy was a much bigger scandal and career damaging, so not at all. There's been a bunch of other cases that have been settled in court or by settlements, so Heroine doesn't rank high
