While I think reporting it to the police is ridiculous, I believe Kpop should temper the increasing encroachment of explicit sexual gestures and tolerance for sexual vulgarity.
There's a crudeness and vulgarity at the core of publicly engaging in these kinds of more obscene displays.
Grabbing your genitals and other simulations of explicit sexual gestures have no place in Kpop performance.
Many mistakenly believe such displays somehow empower individuals and should be celebrated.
But it is reflective of a base level of vulgarity and crudity that devalues individuals and reflects a moral rot.
It's one of the worst things Korean pop has emulated from the Western market. The delusion that explicit public sexual displays are positive and a naive idea that such actions empower the individual.
In reality it devalues and cheapens the individual. And imports a crass degeneracy to society.
This applies to both women and men.
Kpop would be better served to discourage its continued proliferation and maintain a more modest value system.
was it a concert/festival where underage kids could attend?
