most introverts jobs isn't performing in front of thousands.
Doesn't matter what type of job. Work is work. And those that want to get paid VERY well can put aside their MTBI because money. I know people don't think the two can be separated but it can. Look at Barack Obama. The best-known introvert in modern times but became the most powerful and one of the most known person on Earth.
This needs to be clarified..introverts and extroverts can both be shy, but both types can still contribute something to the game.
I think the difference is in energy management. Introverts need time to be alone, away from external stimuli, in order to recharge. If they don’t get that it can make them even more pissy and aloof.
Some of them likes to dance and sing
What a ridiculous question, aren't introverts human? After all, they can do what they love. Also Introverts are more into art and music.
lol you should watch Bocchi the Rock for the answer
Because being introvert doesn't mean they are shy, hate 24/7 being surrounding by people and to be in front of camera, necessarily.
It just mean they tend to enjoy more time to themselves and recharge or reflect more in quiet. As long as they have their time in solitude, even If It's just the last few hours of the day, they can do anything they want.
If an introvert person is shy, hate talk to people and being on camera with all their heart, It's not all directly related to their introvert energy, but separated personality traits. However these people still have goals and some of those can be singing and dancing. So It's cool they are not letting it hold them back to follow dreams.
Being an introvert doesn't mean you're incapable of functioning in a social world...
I'm a huge introvert but my job requires me to always hold meetings, be at social networking events, and occasionally give speeches.
I do it because my job requires me to and I have to if I want to pay the , I don't enjoy it but it doesn't mean I can't do it if I needed to.
On my days off or when I travel, I do prefer to do "introverted" things but I'm not going to crumble if someone comes up and talk to me.
Maybe they like to sing or dance or they dreamt of being someone they look up to when they were young aka celebrities.
Introverts can do a lot of things you think they can’t do. Just because introverts are not as “out there” as extroverts are, doesn’t mean they cannot be out there.
I, for one, is an extreme introvert. I took MBTI more than 5x and i am always >90% an “I” and i work part time in hospitality. I deal with hundreds of people almost everyday.
because... they love to sing and dance? and a plus point if they actually got some talent in it?
I'm not too sure who of all the idols I know is even introvered exept Leo from VIXX, but he seems like that he overcame it over the years, I mean he has a solo-career too and does some other things too. Many times people apply to companies cause they love to sing and forget that they have to interact with other people for a second or belive in themself that they could do it, even if it may not be true, so that could be a reason why some people end up as idols I guess.
