as a WHOLE, I like how ADOR operates, but my least favourite aspect of it is MHJ herself

But I cannot fault the hard work of the stylists, MV team, graphic designers, media team, choreographers, songwriters, beatmakers and everyone in between because their output has been really interesting and creative

IT'S THE MAEUM WITH A2Z ENT (previously called Pop Music)

Their wardrobe (mainly on the loveticon era), their regular updates, their albums, their stage decor, their appearance on shows and radios, and heck we even bamboozled with what's their deal with 1theK, because for a nugu company, they had so many contents there.

The only thing that we have ever complaint is the lack of english subs on their content

But even that is just the I-fans problem who don't understand Hangeul.

Edit: or maybe not all of them, since some of them wants equal line distribution. But overall they do satisfied with what the company gives to CSR

Dreamcatcher company seems to be doing a good job.

Woo!ah! and Tri.Be company are new and they have struggled, but so far, nothing to hate on. Maybe more info about departed members / on hiatus, but lack of information is what all companies handle those things.

Bighit (pre-Hybe) is the best because I don’t think any other label like YG, SM or JYP can make BTS well BTS. It’s because Bighit really care about the input from all 7 members and together they built their brand. The original producers, managers, stylists, creative directors etc were the best for me.

Most company I see have labels that’s kinda controlling. And please separate Bighit from Hybe because Bighit (the old one) didn’t have to answer to shareholders or board of directors. Hybe is certainly not as great at Bighit was for me. But it’s understandable because they are in different situation now.

I think Stray Kids are my faves I complain the least. Shocking, but I have more good things to say about Division 1's management than bad.

All my angry energy with JYPE I spend with ITZY.

My nominee is Orbits followed by NCTzens

Maybe EXO-Ls after that

I never see complains about Dreamcatcher companies.
