Makes sense that line worked because it's likely true most agencies usually keep a close eye on their "merchandise" so it would not surprise me if they spy on them Alot. The respect your privacy agencies of today are exactly that a rarity this did not exist before the only outlier was YG. But more recently you have hybe and a few other agencies that will either not comment on idols relationship/personal life or make a statement saying they won't pry because it's their personal life. Most agencies do not adhere to this

This is why I only "love" my favorite idols barely. Because in the end you don't know them no matter how nice they are. My fav BTS for all i know taehyung buries bodies in the backyard 😂 so i would only really love him if I had the chance to meet him personally and vet that he's indeed the nicest person on earth. Without this I wouldn't 100% trust him and this applies to basically anyone i don't know personally
