There may be others more recent, but the last I know off the top of my head is Twice with Formula of Love.
That was last November.

Try ask the big4
It's true. Now they just try to sell a bunch of quick little singles
anticipate gasoline with 11 songs on August 30
Even more impressive for a solo album.
If I'm not mistaken DreamCatcher last album had 14 songs on it.
I prefer more frequent minis.
Full albums are too much for my taste.

And stans will still buy it and boast about achievement on stan twt: "they did it with just single album". Lol why do you have to release full album when you can achieve the same thing with just singles or mini with less effort. (Bgs still does cause their tt tracks suck and hope for one of their bside somehow to blow up on tiktok to maintain their popularity)
SNSD released album of the year with 10 songs

Stan Twice everyone, the phrase 'single album' barely exists in their vocabulary.
Maybe its just what you're listening to?
Depends on the artist and label.

- probably NCT 2022
2021 had a lot, when I looked back at my list.
I think full albums are good to have more content, but when you want to shine a light on each song and give each song "Title song treatment" then mini albums are good way to do that.
That's why YG invented the term mini album and originated it. Like the fan light stick, it's something YG came up with that the rest of the industry copied and is now a staple in Kpop.
does compilation album count?
there are a lot of artists putting full albums with 10+ songs, is also normal for rookies to not release a full album out of the gate
Wonpil debut has 10 songs. Day6 has never released a single album, it is always either a mini with minimum 6 songs, or a full album, all of which they write 100% of their lyrics and co-produce all of them.
Imagine that you get more music in an album from a group whose members produce their own music, than groups that don't despite having 3742847282 people helping them.
MyDays are such lucky fans who always get quality and quantity.
It does feel since 2nd gen there are less groups that release full albums all the time. SNSD has 10 albums vs 4 EPs, Super Junior 12 vs 2, TVXQ 19 vs 3. I dunno any newer groups with that kind of ratio
