Why does the average age for GGs seem to get lower and lower yet for BGs it's still mostly the same??

Company's look at the trends
bg stay profitable longer on average
with gg members its like their career shelf life is 25
The best way to protest agaisnt this is to support 30+ gg members currently active

I don’t intend this a dark way but I guess it because people prefer younger female idols while male idols age doesn’t matter too much.
Female idols looks are very important in the industry and youth is heavily sought after so a young pretty girl will have more appeal and potentially stretch out her career for as long as possible before they start losing their appeal as they get older. A male idol has much more leeway with age and can do many more things regardless of age.
Look at the how many bgs survive for 5 or more years or even 10, while the number of ggs that can do that is much lower (the once fabled 5/7 year curse) and often requires them to be top tier or from a big label. Even acting is susceptible, while a female actress can have a longer career than a female idol there will come a point where a middle aged man can still be the main star or have a variety of work available to them while a middle aged woman is much more limited in roles.

Because companies are more likely to try to appeal to pedos with their girl groups. And this isn't just me being snarky, that is their actual unstated goal. Girl group fans, at least Korean ones, are disloyal and always want to latch onto the newest (and youngest) thing. The companies know this and aim to please.

I'm bored and want to do data lol.
In the spoiler, I listed 16 boygroups that have debuted or are intended to debut in 2022. The youngest debut age is 16 (Trainee A Jihoon, Trendz Yechan, and TNX Sungjun) and the oldest is 23 (CNEMA KiTak). Calculating all the ages together, it results in a average age of around 18.625, which for the sake of simplicity, I'll round to 19.
Now on the girl group end, I pulled from 18 groups. The youngest is 13 (Lapillus Haeun) and the oldest is 24 (HoneyBees Yuna). The average age is rounded to about 15.
Also for members that are under 16 years of age, there are 5 (5/18). For 18 or older, there are 8 (8/18). For comparison, on boygroup end for 18 or older, there is 10 (10/16).
So indeed, girl groups do debut younger, and are less willing to debut 18 or older. I think it's not common to debut younger than 16, but it does happen more frequently with the girl group end.
I'll note that the boy group end nearly had an outlier with Tanaka almost debuting in TNX at 13. Pnation decided he wasn't ready and it didn't happen. I know though Pnation did face backlash for this so I am thinking that maybe since it isn't as common for boy groups to debut members younger than 16, they are more susceptible to facing a bad reaction than on the girl group end, where it's more normalized.
I think though we all know the answer is obvious to why this is, looks and youth are more emphasized for women, and aging is seen as more negative. That's why it resulted in female idols debuting at a younger age compared to males.
Again though, it can and does happen for men. In history, what comes to mind to me is Taemin debuting at 14 as an example, and it almost happened this year with Tanaka as I mentioned.
As another note, this is just something I whipped up for fun because numbers are fun. Some groups I might have skipped over due to oversight or there wasn't enough data to really go off of, but I think I got a decent sample size from both ends regardless. And this can be taken as a grain of salt because it's just number crunching I did for, again, fun lol

have said above me
like it or not female idols generally do not renew and either do different things or stop being in the industry completely...
