The little red writing underneath the penalties part states that serious offences may result in a direct ban without WP's, so they do explain that WPs aren't the only way to get banned. I'm not staff so idk why you would have been banned without getting any warnings but it's likely you fall under the red writing part if your account was banned without WPs.

How else are kpop companies going to get the paper for their millions of non-ship albums that end up going straight to the dump?
