Frankly SM did let Aespa down in Coachella

Everything about it screams last minute and it really sucks. I honestly think if they'd been given more time, they could have done much better

SM always seams crazy cheap with their performances, for awards shows, festivals and everywhere else.

yeah specially when the group isn't skilled and charismatic enough to carry the performance on their own

With such a huge audience like Coachella, SM should've also used Aespa's ae more in the intro to make their entourage historic. Every member should've walked in with her ae or something.

Idk, their performance was stellar, so that kinda makes up for the small budget everything.

My only complain is that they shouldn’t have performed savage idk but the choreo is wack even next level which is an anti-climatic song has an outstanding choreography with a great hook. It was pleasant to watch their next level choreo while savage was a little bit awkward.

Disagree. People are just hypersensitive and nitpicking at everything Aespa does. They were a late addition to a music festival. It doesn't need to be crazy elaborate. They were there to get exposure and experience.

There's only a handful of groups that would get this level of scrutiny. You all know that if they went to town on the stage production, people would then be talking about how "SMs money is the only reason they are popular". There's no winning with haters.

I think OP's criticism is constructive and they are blaming SM not Aespa.

That being said, it's true that Aespa have had way better outfits and yes, obviously it was a last minute thing.

The Future is still so bright for Aespa.

I loved their Savage performance and wish they added DCT to the set list.

Giselle's was ok, Winter's was the best and Ningning looked amazing too, Karina deserved better.

to be fair I didnt paid attention in the shoes Ç_Ç maybe because they were fancams where I watched the most and we can barely see them full body

I think Giselle did really well, so did the rest of them because it was their first time in a crowd like this and it was away from korea so it must be really hard for them

yeah I think Karina outfit was kinda not bad? But she would rock other looks

the outfit I disliked most was Winter's funny enough because I really love those kind of outfits
