BTS for who it is no longer a great challenge to land at number 1 in the Hot 100 and hopefully finally win their deserved grammy, as well as the release of life goes on in 2020 which was the first korean song to rank #1....
NCT, who consistently increase their own sales, as well as Seventeen and it doesn't look like that's going to change anytime soon.
Then Twice who were in the Hot 100 for the first time with their first English single "The Feels" last year.
Blackpink where even the members are now breaking the records that Blackpink set before...
and now Red Velvet who broke their personal record of first week sales and now have for sure the second best selling album of the first week.
The reign of the 3rd generation is not ending and I have the feeling that it will definitely last longer than that of the 2nd generation. It makes me especially proud because I definitely belong to the third generation in terms of age and it's just impressive that despite the huge and incredible competition coming in from the 4th generation, the third generation is still so loved. I'm also pretty sure that other groups could also still be very successful if their own company hadn't failed them. At least we have many left as solo artists.
