Yes.I went to four concerts so I met Kpop fans there. I used to have a Kpop friend but toward the end she began to act shady. My brother is a Kpop fan too and some of his friends that I know.

yes one time before covid I met one of my classmate that was a boy group stan that only follow Bts, got7, Seventeen etc. And the other time I got a messaged when I was in high school saying oh your a kpop fan from my male classmate that only Stan cravity and izone. I remembered that classmate saying they discovered kpop in 2017 so I think out of all of them I'm a veteran kpop stan for seven years. I thought kpop fans would be weird and annoying irl but it's was a different experience for me probably because I live in the suburbs but still...

if you mean like a casual fan at school or summ, then yes! usually have very pleasant talks abt like blackpink or bts b/c most ppl irl don't care abt k-pop outside those two groups.
