Yes. IU will likely take MMA since its digital based and she has 2 big hit songs (Celebrity & Lilac) and a massive album digitally. BTS has a chance since they have 3 songs that have done pretty damn well on korean charts (Butter, PTD and MU) and will likely lead the voting).

for MAMA well it takes into account Physical sales of which BTS has over 6M, alongside their digitals, and votes. Judges are still there and obvuiusly we don't know who they will vote for but it will be hard for others to win since most have a lead in one area (ie lead in digitals but not physicals or lead in physicals but not digitals) while BTS has both.

well BTS ain't going to AAA since its on the 4th day of their sold out Sofi Stadium dates so those daesangs are anyones atp (i say this cause well AAA in previous years has legit not given the best selling album in korean history album of the year)

I don't even stan IU but it gets upsetting like yall IU isn't some nugu soloist.

I am not a fan of IU and BTS OT7, cant see how that would musically gel. That combo just feeds fan frenzy.

And it is better for both, to keep people anticipating for long, than actually delivering.
