Depends on what level of success you define a hit as.
If the cut off is really low, BTS or Twice since they release a lot and do generally well.
If the cut off is a bit higher, getting rid of some of the normal level hits like most of Twice's and some of BTS' earlier stuff, it would be BP for sure.
If the cut off is really high (like Spring Day level), most songs are out and only a few remain, probably BTS or maybeeee BP depending on how HYLT and LSG end up doing in the long run. -

Big level hits depend upon song and hype around the song and public likeness

In that case it's pretty even between all three groups.

well you still haven't defined what a normal hit is?
is it charting based?
it is youtube?
is it albums sold?
is it top 50 melon a normal hit?
top 20 melon?
how many UL?
is it streams?
does spotify count?
-
I would say BP

BP has hits since their debut. The only disadvantage is their discography is smaller.

Convenient but alright then please explain the logic behind putting BS&T up because LSG did better internationally and so far domestically.

nope and number ones doesnt mean much a lot of twices hits were front loaded with not much longevity
-
-
im counting international achievements too and it went #1 on bb
I'm curious, since international achievements are being considered would you include FS for Twice since it was the most streamed korean song last year and recieved a platinum cert one of only 3 songs to do so, plus its hella long longetivity on BB (over 65 weeks)?
-
-
nope it didnt do well on the kcharts if it had i wouldve included it

You do realise the only song by a korean act that is bigger than Feel Special in Japan is Dynamite. Thats it. Thats how big the song is in Japan. If Ice Cream is included based on its US achievements than Feel Special should cause of its Japanese ones.

go make your own if youre so bothered smh

It has both streaming and download certs and made it to Melon's top 100 of the decade
