Fun Fact: Being awake can create toxic products in the brain. When you sleep, your brain cells shrink and more space is created between them so fluid can flow through the cells and wash the toxins out. Essentially it's a way *for the brain to stay clean and healthy.
I created a sleep schedule that has five sleep cycles/7.5 hours. Problem is, getting to bed by 10 PM and waking up by 5:30 AM feels too early
