^Are you a "sleep is for the weak" type of person or "sleep is life" type of person?
Fun Fact: Being awake can create toxic products in the brain. When you sleep, your brain cells shrink and more space is created between them so fluid can flow through the cells and wash the toxins out. Essentially it's a way *for the brain to stay clean and healthy.
I created a sleep schedule that has five sleep cycles/7.5 hours. Problem is, getting to bed by 10 PM and waking up by 5:30 AM feels too early
I get enough sleep generally 11-7 depending on certain other people and whether they rouse me from my slumber!!!!
My sleep schedule for exams is unusual.. but good
I wake up at 03.30 and work.. study etc until just after midday around 14.00
Then I nap until 19.00
I'm awake until 00.00-01.00
I sleep for a little during the night as I find myself studying best during dawn and sunrise.. afterwards I think completing everything by midday is good and napping in the afternoon until early evening
I'm getting around 7.5 hours each day which is necessary.. it's good

I have a different schedule on Tuesday, Weds and Friday..
I still wake up at 03:30 but I'm awake for a shorter period until sunrise (05.35)
I sleep until midday (13.15) and I work, study etc between midday-01.00 instead..

I usually sleep at 11:30pm and wake up at 7:30 am. I get the ideal 8 hours of sleep.
Wow people here seem to sleep so well, I'm a huge night owl with sleeping issues
I usually sleep at 3-4am and wake up at 11pm, if it's not lockdown I would get up at 9 to go to uni so 3am-9am
Weekends I sometimes sleep at 4-5am and wake up at 10-12pm
3am is the general bedtime for me
If I sleep at 2am it's too early and the next day I have so much energy I won't fall asleep until 5am
when i have 8am classes, i sleep at 12 and wake up at 6:45am but take a 1.5 hour nap after lunch
when i’m on vacation i sleep at 6am and wake up at 1pm
but i’ve had salmonellosis the last three/four days so i’ve been sleeping on and off
I value sleep, it is important for health. I go to bed around 10 - 10.30pm and try to sleep well, it’s not easy when you’re older.

i try to have a sleep schedule but its difficult because i have insomnia...
I try to sleep from 11pm to 8 or 9 am.
8-9 hours of sleep on a good night, 7 hours normally, 6 hours or less on a bad night (yikes), not really good enough for my age.
sleep for life for sure, if there is nothing to do i usually sleep around 10 and wake up at 6
My sleep schedule is messed up. I don't sleep before 1am and I wake up at 6am but I also wake up at least twice during those 5 hours and stay awake for 30 minutes to an hour depending.
And then I take roughly a 3 hours long nap in the afternoon almost every day.
What sleep schedule???
Well, nowadays, I stay up until like 5-6am, then wake up at 12 or 1pm.
it's a mess, but I sleep for 8 hours, it doesn't matter when I'm gonna sleep.
