Lia needs to apologize now

If she didn't do it as she claims... why would she apologize?
the victim directly said it’s her thoo and the court ruled she didn’t lie which means even if she claims it’s not her, the people aren’t gonna believe it and they might even get angrier like what happened to Soojin when she tried to work her way out of the scandal by saying she doesn’t remember
-
the court ruled that they could not determine if she lied or not, therefore dropping the case.
Not enough evidence does not mean true...
-
Irene is more famous i think and there are many people eager to bring her down. I think G-idle’s case is worse than RV so i think apologizing is better
-
is there any proof that she was involved?? she should definitely apologize and reflect on herself if she did bully her classmates because bullying isn’t ever okay. someone extremely close to me went through a lot because they got bullied in school. and just thinking of that experience makes me feel like these things shouldn’t be taken lightly
but honestly on the other hand, lately the itzy hate is just getting out of control so i wouldn’t be too surprised if this turned out to be fake. look how taeyong was dragged through the mud when he was completely innocent...
first ryujin’s dating ‘scandal’ comes to surface on pann and nate and now this..

-
The people didn't believe it before the police got involved. Again... if she's innocent why should she apologize?

You're just trying to start shit here, lbr.
it’s a messy situation itself tho im not trying to start anything just saying lia should be apologizing since i believe we should believe the victim first always. They directly named lia so she’s really standing her ground and not afraid of being in a legal battle with big agencies and hordes of fans

From what I understand she didn't directly name her.

She did after the police questioned her
-
look how taeyong was dragged through the mud when he was completely innocent...
the difference between both is that a lot of people like ex classmates, ex teacher came to the defense of Taeyong
Nctzen even made tons of video with all the proof explaining and showing how the "victim" claim had a lot of incoherence
the only reasons why taeyong got drag in the mud is that knetz and ifans especially didn't want him to be innocent and just ignored all this proof just to be able to attack him for free
there's imo a big difference
between trusting your fav because there's a lot of proof and people dragging him in the mud just because they don't want to see the proof
and no proof at all and just trusting your favs and defending her because it's your favs
i don't say that one is better than the other
just that taeyong case is really different from Taeyong case
plus in Taeyong case, it wasn't the victim who accuse him
but a "friend " of the victim that the victim said was never her friend and just use her to blow up the mess and add a lot of false claims

the court ruiling that the victim wasn't committing defamation is not the same thing as a determination of guilt on Lia's part, it means that JYP couldn't prove defamation, to be considered defamation, you must prove someone knowingly spread lies about someone with the intention of ruining their reputation. intent is very hard to prove in cases like these. it could be that the victim is lying, but JYP failed to prove defamation by it's legal definition.
but of course most people don't care about this and to them, the court ruling in the victim's favor means Lia is basically fucked
-
I swear if this is all fake then that accuser needs to get sued. I am tired of these bullying cases.
-
Just about every beautiful girl acts like a bully at some point in her young life - before she realizes she isn't the only beautiful girl in the world. Why are things like this always becoming national issues in Korea? If American artists were held to that standard, there wouldn't be any left.
I know idols are considered gods and not humans - but maybe the Korean public needs to reconsider that position.

jyp could’ve been silencing the victim too, no? by directly suing the victim instead of personally checking it out if it’s true like what he did with that one broduce2 jyp guy and that one guy from SKZ

i actually agree that’s why i only said she needs to apologize and sets things straight now instead of letting the rumors run amok

She’s definitely gonna go to jail or even pay a hell of a fine if it’s fake but she even bravely named lia when the police questioned her so im inclined to think it’s not fake

We don’t know if they did a background check or not. I will say they did something before suing. They definitely knew something is about to happen or Lia has talked to her company about this before.
