Definitely, Joy's ost didn't stay on the random chart for long last year. Joy's voice tone is really loved by korea's. I've always seen Korean. under the MV comments they all say how Joy's voice lifts them up their mode.

Joy is much more popular in Korea with the GP than Wendy, also she had a really popular OST last year that was also a remake

Wendy still managed to sell 120K+ albums so at least she has a supportive fandom behind her. Joy doing well on the charts is amazing and honestly she’s Red Velvets dark horse. The public just love her voice tone so much plus her album is really good and very summery
