Do You Actually Like The Itzy and Aespa Song?

I like Mafia and Next level. Mafia a little more than Next level though.

I love both of them. I actually liked both of them instantly! The more I listen, the better and better the songs sound!

I don't stan Itzy and I'm very very new to Aespa so I stan their music

I don't love either song. The new Aespa song is better than their debut so going in the right direction.

And yeah I like MITM because of Itzy. There's a reason I'm watching music show performances on YouTube rather than going to Spotify. They have the talent to sell anything though. If I was a Midzy I'd be proud.

I stan Aespa because I love their production and style. I am a casual fan of ITZY but they always deliver bops.

Apart from them I do actively watch many talented 4th gen ggs.

I don't but I think I'm not the target audience. Some people clearly like these songs.

Aespa has decent songs but a great concept

Itzy... I frankly don't know what their concept is but that their songs are great and their choreo goes hard.

I like both of their recent drops but Aespa out shone ITZY with vocals and ITZY blew Aespa out with choreo.

Edit: Mafia's Editor-nims are fucking gods like what the fuck are those transitions.

Edit 2: Aespa has some mad VFX artists too so Its still even play on the computer work as well.

Minus wannabe, i hate itzy songs first listen. Itzy is the first group that actually made me experience what a “grower” is. Itzy crack is very real, tbh.

Same with Next Level, it has grown on me and i love it now. I wake up and this song plays, i feel like i can take on Kwangya ✊

Nah I didn't like mafia even after quite a few listens. I liked their previous stuff especially wannabe but I'm a casual listener at best so I'm not their target

Unfortunately this is true, but it does not only concern Itzy & Aespa it concerns all groups of the 3rd and 4th generation of BIG3.

This is the privilege of the BIG3 groups, they already have fans and haters even before they start and have released any song. You end up wondering if people really listen to music or if they just follow the trend or support a company like a sports team.

I really find that we find more and more in the kpop of similarity with sports teams. Everyone chooses their favorite and all that matters is to beat this or that record and make sure that the competing group does not beat us. The music coming from these groups is standardized more and more to follow the trends and successes. I find that it is less and less about music now but more about records, charts & international/national success.

Quite frankly, I think the BIG3 companies are to blame, but I also think they are just adjusting to demand. And that therefore those responsible are also us the fans and consumers by behaving in this way.

i like mafia especially Lia and Chaeryeong's lines. i don't like next level even though im a fan of Aespa. But i really liked black mamba and forever so waiting for their next song.

I'm an aespa stan and an Itzy fan (not exactly a stan but I follow their music and activities) if I'm being honest first listen i was let down by both songs especially next level because i had these expectations but I been listening to both songs on spotify and they grow on you a lot I think everyone is overreacting calling them horrible songs since both are killing it on charts so they cant be that bad..
