Of course, all members add something extra to these groups that makes the whole bigger than the sum of its members and that makes the group shine that much more - but 'least important' to me means that if that member has been set aside the group and its vibe would still work

Imagine picking Moonbyul, the member who brings all the girls to the yard and adds much needed flavoring to the group with her iconic raps and distinct vocals. There is a reason she's the social butterfly of the group and most popular in the fandom.
And Hyein?! She is the BACKBONE of NJZ. All the killing parts? Hers. The haunting iconic vocal melody to start Ditto? Hers. The perfect embodiment of Y2K aesthetics? Her. There is a reason IU heard her sing for 13 seconds and instantly became a fangirl and featured Hyein on her album
You and Tru-Multistan (MY QUEEN) better know your places.

all members are essential in njz, but if i had to chose only one, i guess it would be hearin maybe?
because hanni and hyein are the voices and faces of the group.
minji the visual and a more unique tone. also both her and hyein set that deep nostalgic and y2k vibes to the group.
danielle another lead essential vocalist and potientially the member that could make njz brake through on a massive scale in the west.
hearin is the most beautiful but minji is already the visual. her face is the least y2k as well. but she is a major stan attractor and a members that glues eveyone well toghether. an unique visual and personality too and a very pretty voice. so njz value is really hightenend with her.
but the other members are more essentiel to the group identity vocally and visually i think.
but njz is truly njz as ot5 tho
