When did you start to love/support your ultimate group/s?

when they hit PAK

For Super Junior, at least in 2012, when I listened to Mr.Simple and watch some other Super Junior related videos.

For Voisper, when I listened to In Your Voice and liked that song. Later listened to Heart and some other songs and was thinking "that's it, I'm stanning them"

For Stray Kids, when I listened to God's Menu and Back Door.

For ATEEZ, when I listened to Inception 3 months after its release and fell in love with that song.

For BEWAVE, when I listened to "SING !" and "Shine".

I found A.C.E on the day they debuted

for most other groups it was either around pre-debut or debut but a few some time when I discovered them sometime

After watching an amazing vocal performance by them

For me the beginning was when the subject I have mentioned the most defeated SNSD in Music bank when the latter was promoting in some foreign country, and the clinching moment was when the subject I mentioned the most released the most famous photograph of 2012.

SUJU - Coming across the Sorry, Sorry video in 2009 which resulted in me getting into kpop

f(x) - First teaser before LA chA TA, I was subbed to the SM youtube channel because of SUJU and fell in love on first watch.

(G)I-dle - The K/da stuff.

Jisoo - Flower was the first Blackpink adjacent song I listened to willingly, got me back into listening to Kpop.

Babymonster - Asa's Godzilla cover came up on my YouTube shorts, and then Dream.

There are also tons of other groups I love but those are the big 5 for me.

Except for SNSD, it's usually a growing process.

Red Velvet - I started to really pay attention and like them when they did different stuff like Be Natural and Automatic

SNSD - they got me into K-pop, first via Sunny funny videos, then SNSD funny videoclips and then in the course of 1-2 weeks I went hunting for all the variety shows those clips were from and watch the songs that played in those clips and shows, and I bingewatched as much SNSD material that the SNSD fan site Soshified was able to provide me in those 1-2 weeks. After that, I was fully into SNSD.

Lighter biases:

(G)I-dle - after ' Wow Thing' and Hann, to me they did girl crush better than any other group and I liked how they switched up things with each comeback, like how Red Velvet did

NCT - after watching their dance practices (I watched them so many times, I was mesmerized!) and their chain of comeback songs with Boss-Baby Don't Stop-Yestoday-Black On Black

Current growers: IVE (actually started after PD48 and IZ*One), NewJeans (after hearing Ditto), KiiiKiii and Hearts2Hearts (both have interesting debuts)

I got into Izone only a few months before they disbanded in March 2021.

The saving grace is that Izone is still as active together as they ever were. They do more official and unofficial stuff together than 60 percent of active groups tbh.

I found Bts in 2015 when I felt down and googled run away stories with good ends to either lift up my spirits or just mope and cry a little. Their Run MV came up and I felt the song to resonate with me. The first songs which touched me were One day, Moving On, Butterfly and Forever young. I became a fan after Fire and I loved the edgy and frustrated songs of them. I had experiences which were conveyed in their music. Now they have different kind of struggles and they are a lot happier than me but I like their musical taste so I still find their songs satisfying. I mostly lobe their less popular but more artistic solos in which they had freedom to show their persobalities more.

I like a lot of other groups but I just never felt connection similar to this with other groups. I am often a fan but rarely a stan.
