Which big company manages to promote visuals the best?

hybe dont even have that many visuals to promote. either they're all visuals like illit and sserafim which in that case, dont need promoting, or the exact opposite

Yoona, Suzy and Jisoo are the most popular visuals ever so a tie for them.

But as a company is sme, they focus a lot in their visuals members.

In YGE they focus in who matches their concept the best, in Jype the same, with Hybe I honestly don't know who they promote more.

You are changing your narrative now. You do know visual members in YG. You did not say that YG and Hybe don't promote that much their visuals, you said that you could not name them. Jennie is obviously a visual member alongside Jisoo.

The official visual position means something nothing, Seolhyun was not even the official AOA visual.

Another boy group example, V is a much as the visual as Jin and he never officially holds the position.

anyways to expand on my first statement

sm almost never misses; they missed with h2h

hybe got lucky with illit and fim, everyone else is a starved dehydrated gremlin

jyp is interesting, theres a few pretty members in every group but but they're not promoted well anyways, and the visuals they choose are never my picks with the exception of sullyoon and tzuyu a bit

yg is hopeless. i kinda like jisoo but noone else catches my eye.

I would say SM because they let you know about their visuals. They had Karina and Irene and they let the world know about them.

JYP doesn't seem to be doing be doing that. They had Sana, Tzuyu and other members of Twice and they didn't really use that to their advantage. You can say the same thing with Itzy and Nmixx how they never capitalized on Yuna, Yeji, Ryujin, and Sullyoon. I felt all of those members listed had moments where they went viral for their visuals and jype never capitalized on that.

Hybe seems to promote their groups as a unit. I do feel they missed a chance with Kazuha. I felt the work was already done for Chaewon and Sakura, but they had many chances with Kazuha and fumbled.

YG seemed to promote blackpink visuals well, and too early to determine with babymonster

I think all companies promote their visuals well it’s just which visuals stick and which doesn’t

While JYP did a bad job with twice and even Itzy I think they’ve pushed Nmixx way more!

YG is odd but Jisoo and the whole BP have done well!

SM seems to have the most luck with their visuals!

While JYP definitely has visuals who are top tier, the question is who PROMOTES them ebst

JYP definitely does not promote their visuals enough

After the Suzy incident, JYP started NOT promoting their visuals properly, almost hiding them and dropping the ball with them

Tzuyu, Sana, Mina, Yuna and Yeji (and Sullyoon) all should be not just top tier visuals but top promoted visuals for their generations. JYP should be promoting the hell out of them and should have been for years. They make TOKEN efforts, like Yeji at Fashion week and some ads/cf's using them, but its nowhere near enough. It's nowhere what SHOULD be being done with top tier visuals.

And it's because JYP is scared of losing them like the Suzy situation
