Hidden Gems #810: Burning by Phantom

I remember it as if I once had a phase, where I was listened to a lot to their music.

This is my favourite song by them.

A few years ago, when I was in an electric store in the Philippines, I was at the karaoke section and saw that music video playing on one of the TV screens.

Oh man this hits the nostalgia feels in all the right ways. I never heard this before but it reminds me of 2000 era boy bands when everything had sort of an epic feel.

The main vocalist is so good. Possibly one of my favorite overall bg voices. I love how the song starts with him singing the best part. No forcing me to wait 60 seconds for the good stuff. The video is a whole vibe. I really like how they did the lighting. It really feels like they're surrounded by towering infernos. The firefighters are the cherry on top.

I listened to a few of their other songs but none of them top this one. Hole In Your Face is kind of intense.
