I always told that if she wakes up her sleeping giant of a fanbase in Korea she has the most potential from BP...

And she did just that... she was also smart enough to target both international and Korean audience with one song...

Icing on the cake was Bruno's name added weight internationally because he not you regular artist that anyone could collab with so we know Rosé is going to bring her best plus she also got Korea with Apartue... and their drinking culture and game culture... this was a nuclear bomb... plus you know vocalist Rosé in one thing BUT punk rock ROSÉ is her main element... she ticked every single box with this release.

From 2016 she has so many Korean fans waiting to hear her voice but YG gave her OTG and then gave Lisa Lalisa when he knew Korea will never support her... I always mentioned that Rosé and Jisoo gets the most support from Blinks and Rosé had a lot of common listeners and international fans and if she utilizes Korea she will come out on the top and she did... she will finally make her dedicated home base...

Yes I indeed expected her to have the best album release, when I saw Lisa releasing autotuned tracks, Jennie releasing same old kpop formula, and Rose announcing her album with a really personal interview, I knew she had a shot. But I really didn't expect her to blow up more than Lisa, considering she has a big solo fandom. I still believe Bruno's involvement here played a major role.

Idk why do people assume BP is only about "Jennie and Lisa" when Jisoo literally had the biggest streaming debut with Flower. I think they're the only group where every member has their own fandom and identity. Like literally the only group.

I expected to enjoy her releases the most musically but no I did not expect her to be the most successful chart wise. I always thought Lisa would be the big superstar, though it's still early in their solo careers.

Rosé was always the more musically inclined as in she was the one (at least in the BP documentary) that I felt had a greater passion or proclivity for music or singing or telling her story through music - now that isn't to say that the other members lack such just that Rosé had more of it

How can you underestimate Rose so much? In your eyes, Rose only seem successful when she released global hit? There is no logic in what you say. All members of Blackpink are very popular.

Every member of Blackpink is doing great on the charts once they release songs.

And they all have a big Fandom and a huge help from the blinks.

I am happy to get more songs from the pinks after they refused to renew with YG individually, that shows that all of them are interested into music unlike the says of the haters.

The success of Rosé's new release is a success for her, Blackpink and the blinks.

Jisoo is already working in her music as she said multiple times and she is saying it for months already.

The same way Lisa, Jennie and Jisoo are exploring the fashion side so is Rosé.

Lisa doing an acting role and Jisoo choosing to also be an actress doesn't mean they don't have the passion for music bc unlike what you, a non blink, think, you also pretty much said you know nothing about them. They are all doing what they can and enjoying the areas they want to work with. All 4 are working in their albums.

Music direction is different from passion. It's already time to drop this non sense non blinks use to discredit the girls when the moment they got out of YGE they started to work in their music.

OR rather wished.

Of the 4, she relies least on glamour/style and had the potential for the most 'substance' as a singer.

So I expect that in the long run, Rose would have the more impactful career.

Because glamour/dance/style has far lesser longevity than skills/vocals/talents, though they have more immediate initial impact.

Note: I am not saying the other 3 don't have talents or that Rose doesn't have glamour/style. It is merely a question of what dominates the perceptions, what they choose to lead with.
