The producer of Gold is Ryan S. Jhun, you understand that the producer who wrote more than one hit, a bonus Dem Jointz who worked with top artists. That is, professionals worked on the track, but people did not like it. It is hard to believe that Ryan Jhun does a bad job, hence the conclusion: people just do not like ITZY. Even if you invite a Grammy-level producer, people will still say that the track is bad and that they expected better.
ITZY - Gold. People just don't like ITZY.

I like the release, and that's all that matters to me.

Producer with hits under their hand doesn't automatically make ls hit
Look at soyeon she's a hit maker but she release some flop like super lady

omg i just saw the song credits and the song suddenly became good u right

Yes, if a person has released a bunch of hits, then he knows how to make music and even his worst work sounds good. For some reason, when Ryan Juhn writes for IVE, it's always hits, but when he writes for ITZY, it's a failure. So what difference does it make who writes tracks for ITZY if you don't like the next comeback, and so on. The question to ask here is, why don't you like ITZY?

Maybe they deliberately gave the songs they did the worst job on or maybe it's not intentional, it might be because Jyp bought it cheaper this is the reason i guess. I mean, since it can't be intentional that they have a bad song every time, I personally think it's because Jyp bought the song for a cheap price.

Untouchable and born to be are 100 times better than than this mess
As Cheshire(one of their best songs) was 100 better than cake and sneakers
This song is just outright bad and they are screaming! This song is out of their vocal range
-
lmao y'all always do this, the song is not good and that's all there is to it. Clearly the majority is not liking it, there's not some movement against ITZY.
The last song was also bad, the one before that too, why is every release from the group bad, and yet professionals are involved in its creation?
I started watching them with Cheshire and I have never seen people unanimously say that a title is good. But constantly, a bad track expected better, it already looks ridiculous.

I also often hear "name track" better than this, but neither Untouchable nor Born to Be did well in the charts and there was also talk that the tracks were just bad.

as someone who cares about kpop mostly for the music, i really believe this is not true.
itzy has some of the worst music of any gg right now. when itzy has released good songs, like loco, wannabe, dalla dalla, they have done well. when they release music like this though, you just can't expect people to like it.
i believe their song is this bad even though it's a good producer is because they were trying to match itzy music feeling. when you write for ive, you write for ive, but when you write for itzy, well you get an itzy song.
they just need to do something different that isn't this
-

At a low price? At a low price, average producers sell, top producers sell tracks at one price - a high one. And in general, there is no concept of sales, the company pays the producer for the work.

Okay, a professional can't make a good track based on a group's concept? When a producer can make cool tracks for different groups, it means he feels them, but ITZY's problem is that no producer can write them a good track based on your words.

I don’t care about the charts
Black Mamba and Girls are biggest flops of Aespa but these are my top 5 songs from them
-
no, what i meant is that he clearly made the song pursuing itzy's worst sounds, rather than their best. itzy concept is like a weird obnoxious mess. despite this, in almost all of their terrible songs, there is a part that sticks out and makes it better. gold is completely devoid of any saving grace. i think if he had focused on itzy's better songs as inspiration, it could have been good.
itzy has proven that there is a way to orchestrate their concept in a way that works, but lately none of their songs have been accomplishing that. regardless of whether or not a producer has made good music before, if they are focusing in on the wrong aspects, it is bound to come out bad.

Dem joints produces mostly for SM groups and he mostly produces experimental kpop songs!
Step back by GOT the beat, Supernova by Aespa, Nct songs and others
But company gives direction to the producer when asking for something! And JYP is sh*t at producing experimental songs! Also even after receiving the final product company makes a lot of changes!
Example Supernova by Aespa- SM cut half of the dance break part, and added more instrumental in the second half of the dance break so it doesn’t sound odd, boring and flat!
Jyp is just really really bad at making and directing experimental music!
Like they don’t even know after 5-6 years itzy’s vocal ranges to give them this song?

yeah big agree
i mean i'd say most of his songs are bad except for supernova buuut that's just my opinion.
definitely though jyp needs to rethink everything that they're doing with itzy, because recently it's just starting to feel like there's no point to all this

Born to be was in the style of young ITZY, but the track did not become a hit, as well as a couple of other tracks from the album, neither Dynamit nor Kill shot, this is exactly in the bold sound of the group. The question is, why?

Well, we come to what I said, they deliberately focus on the bad sound and do a bad job. So, if every top producer focuses on bad sound and produces bad songs, maybe this is intentional i don't know.

So in your opinion, the group of producers working with ITZY are idiots who can't determine the singer's vocal range?

Born to be was without Lia and rollout was weird!
They dropped countless mvs before the title track which is really bad! JYP did a terrible job at promoting born to be comeback
And born to be album is good but still not the best 4th gen music that we are getting
-
It is JYP who is giving direction to Dem Joints
And this song is clearly out of the Itzy’s vocal range!
Jyp is the company who forced Twice to sing in cutesy nasal type of way, jyp is the one that gave itzy cheshire(it my top 3 itzy song but it is clearly out of their vocal range)
And it is not a surprise that kpop company gives songs to their artists which are not in their vocal range

The main character there is Ryan Juhn and from your words he is an idiot who cannot determine the vocal range of singers. What does JYP have to do with it?

I started watching them with Cheshire and I have never seen people unanimously say that a title is good. But constantly, a bad track expected better, it already looks ridiculous.
Because they genuinely have not released a unanimously good track since Wannabe. I'm not an ITZY stan so my perspective is that of just a casual listener. To me every track after Wannabe/Not Shy was iffy. I actually kinda like Mafia In the Morning and Sneakers, but they are by no means songs people would unanimously like. And the other title tracks I just don't like at all. I just think ITZY fell off because they keep releasing weak title tracks, and at a certain point casual listeners like myself won't even follow their comebacks, which was the case for me since Cheshire.
-
Again it is not up to producers to determine the vocal ranges of singers and give them the songs that suits them!
It is company that forces the singers to sing in this type of way!
But in this particular song it is very very obvious that itzy girls are screaming not singing!
JYP should’ve done better job giving more suitable song or they should’ve lowered the key of the song
-

They have objectively very good songs after Sneakers, it’s just very inconsistent and not the best music in the industry!
And talking this about them as a Babymonster stan

You somehow brought JYP into the discussion, making it the culprit. I can tell you just don't like JYP, so you think any of their tracks are bad, regardless of quality.
-
Well I’m talking about JYP entertainment as a company of itzy not the person!
It is up to company to decide give the songs!
Ryan Jun or Dem Joints can’t decide to give Itzy the songs that suit their vocal range!
Should I show you my playlist?
30% of my kpop playlist has JYP songs

okay lol? Me not liking ITZYs music has nothing to do with Babymonster. Guess what, I also think most of aespa's music is shit.
-
I personally loved Untouchable but this new one might be even better, for me.
imo their music has actually improved when they started "flopping", like untouchable, ringo, sneakers, gold, mr. vampire, cake are all big ass bops, pretty sure people would eat them up if they were released by other trendier 4th gen ggs. People have this pet hate with ITZY for some reason, it's beyond me.
-

You said they don’t have genuinely and objectively good music after wannabe era, and I find it hilarius who thinks babymonster’s music is good

I said they do not have any unanimously good releases. I'm not saying they haven't released any objectively good songs, I'm saying every TT after Not Shy has had mixed receptions. I'm not sitting around analyzing reception to each ITZY comebacks, so I could be wrong, but that is the vibe I've gotten as a casual fan.
