The criteria for who can join what type of music show and how, because there are some shows who only allow people who sing in Korean, some who do not even allow foreign artist and some who seem to not care for whatever and allow anyone to atend and I'm a bit confused since why are some shows not allowing people when the original version of the song isn't Korean and than the foreign artists apearing need to sing in Korean or why do they not just go to a show where they can sing the song in the original version like I see so often that Japanese artists realated to Korean agencies sing in Korean on these shows, even if they never released a Korean version of the song they performed in Korea and not just go to a show that would allow them to sing in Japanese. I just don't really get how this works like even if a KPop group would promote a English or Chinese or Japanese song, they are often not promoting it on music shows since some do not allow it for not being in Korean like what?
I dont know much about boy groups except BTS. I'm more familiar with GGs.
There are credits under MVs or on albums and sometimes if you follow a producer on social media, they tend to write on what they did. And in some cases people might even name the person like you would for example follow a singer on Twitter and he writes "So nice to meet Maria Smith. She brainstormed on a new song with me" and boom, 3 weeks later the singer releases a song produced by Maria Smith. Maybe it's even in the song titel like "Love (prod. Maria Smith)"
I also know very little about producers etc. I see names dropped but don't really follow it all.
I don't understand why people obsess over the actions, success, charting, sales etc of groups they supposedly don't like. I don't get why they put so much energy into that. I don't like vegan meat. I don't spend half my day looking up vegan meat sales and reviews and comparing it to meat sales. I just... don't eat vegan meat?
In fact, I don't understand the obsession with charts, numbers, sales, rankings etc. I don't get how some "fans" seem so much more into that in general than the music and content of groups they like. I don't get how they wank themselves into angry frenzies over line goes up and line goes down wank fights with other wankers.

I learned that a PAK is when selfmate manages to comment on every thread on a page with no interruption.
On a serious note: Something I wish I was better at, is identifying genres.
People say: "this is UK garage" or "this is tropical house" and I'm like... let me go google, but then a new genre pops up and it's this neverending cycle. I want to be ahead of the curve for once dammit

ACE got mocked a ton last week for their excessive remakes but it really has helped me learn a lot key differences between similar styles because they made a remix for basically every music genre in existence
